私たちは、カワイイファッションが大好きで、自分のスタイルを共有し、他の人たちにインスピレーションを与え、chérriette 「CHERRY girls」としてコミュニティを一緒に作りたいと思ってくれる方を応募しております。

ご応募いただくにあたり、Lavender Dreams合同会社(以下「当社」といいます)が定める本応募規約を必ずご確認の上、ご応募ください。ご応募いただき、合格した時点で、本応募規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

⭐️ 本プログラム実施概要

「chérrietteアンバサダープログラム」(以下「本プログラム」といいます)ではchérriette商品(以下「当社商品」といいます)を応援し、情報拡散にご協力いただく「chérrietteアンバサダー」(以下「アンバサダー」、または「chérriette CHERRY girls」といいます)を募集します。指定の応募フォームより必要情報をご登録いただいた方の中から、アンバサダーをお願いさせていただきたい方を選出し、ご連絡いたします。

当社のファッションをSNSを通じて広めてくれる本物の声と協力することで、chérriette CHERRY girlsのコミュニティを成長させること。私たちのモットーは、「星を追いかけ、夢を着こなし、いつもキュートな女の子」。トレンドのスタイルが大好きで、最高にキュートな気分になりたいすべての人に、この気まぐれな気持ちを広めたいと思っています。

✅ 応募条件

- 18歳以上の方
- Instagramおよび/またはX、TikTokでアクティブな活動しているかつ公開アカウントを持っている方
- スタイリッシュでハイクオリティなコンテンツを作成できる方
- クリエイティブなコーディネートを楽しんで組み合わせしている方
- 私たちのブランド価値とブランドテーマなどに賛同していただける方

🎁 アンバサダー特典

chérrietteアンバサダーとして、以下のものを受け取ることができます：

 - 商品： 新コレクションごとに最低1枚（またはそれ以上）、お選びいただけますが、場合により商品は弊社が決めて発送することにもなります。 何枚贈られるのはコレクションごとに異なり、各アンバサダーのスタイルや投稿スケジュールに合わせて決められます。
 - 限定割引： コレクションごとに1回適用されるパーソナルコードを使用して、追加の商品を値段引きで購入できます。 この特典はあくまでも追加特典であり、プログラム中に何かを購入するよう強要されることはありません。
 - メディアへの露出：chérrietteオフィシャルのSNS公式アカウントやホームページにて紹介されます。
 - 早期アクセス： 最新コレクションにいち早くアクセスでき、今後のイベントにもご招待いたします。

📸 活動内容

プログラムに積極的に参加するためには、以下のことが必要です：

- 私たちのSNSアカウント（@cherriette_official , @cherriette_girls ）を積極的にフォローすること
- プロフィール欄にアンバサダーであることを明記し、@cherriette_officialをタグ付けること（例：@cherriette_official ambassador）
- 公開SNSアカウントを持っていること
 - 1ヶ月に2回以上投稿し、もらったアイテム1つにつき2つのコーディネート以上投稿すること（そのため、同じコーデで複数投稿しても投稿枠にカウントされるだけで、コーディネート枠にはカウントされません）  投稿スケジュールのタイミング、頻度などはそれぞれのアンバサダーによる異なると思いますので、ぜひご相談ください。   
 -  毎月のアンバサダー投稿に協力者として@cherriette_girlsをタグ付けし、キャプションに@cherriette_officialを入れ、ハッシュタグを使用してください：ハッシュタグは #cherriette #cherriettegirls をつけてください。 
 - 投稿のキャプション内に、紹介しているアイテムの名前を書くこと
 - 商品到着後21日以内にコンテンツを投稿すること（延長はケースバイケースで対応可能だが、必ず事前にご相談ください。)

🚫 禁止事項

当社のブランドを積極的に代表するアンバサダーを求めています。以下を避けてください：

 - ヘイトスピーチ、差別的な表現、攻撃的な内容
 - 模倣品や競合品の宣伝
 - 偽のフォロワー、ボット、不正なエンゲージメントの使用
 - 割引コードを悪用して他の人のために商品を購入したり、転売したりすること

❌ 本プログラムからの除外事項

以下の場合、いつでも本プログラムから除外する権利を有します：

 - 贈られた品物を金銭的価値で転売した場合
 - 合意されたとおりに投稿またはコミュニケーションを行わない場合
 - 弊社のブランドや製品、保護された知的財産などに関する機密情報を漏洩した場合
 - パートナーシップがブランドのためになっていないと判断した場合
 - コンテンツや行動が当社の価値観に合わなくなった場合

アンバサダーが本規約に違反または違反をするおそれがあると当社が判断した場合、違反の程度に応じて警告若しくはアンバサダー権利をはく奪する場合があります。事前に説明がなく、予告なしに除外される場合もあります。

❌ プログラムを終了したい場合、または一時停止

アンバサダーは、進行中の義務を完了している限り、いつでも自由にプログラムを終了、または一時停止することができます（例えば、まだ投稿していない商品がある場合、終了する前にまず投稿を完了してからプログラムを終了してください）。プログラム終了希望日から15日以内にお知らせください。

プログラム終了後も、プレゼント商品を販売する行為はご遠慮ください。万が一、そのような行為が発覚した場合、当社はそのことを公言し、親会社傘下のすべてのブランドからブラックリストに掲載するとともに、同業他社に通知する権利を有します。

📄 競業避止義務および秘密保持義務

本契約の期間中および契約終了後3ヶ月間は、当社からの事前の書面による同意なしに、類似または模倣品のスタイルを提供する競合アパレルブランドの宣伝、推奨、またはコラボレーションを行わないようにお願いいたします。また、他の中小企業からデザインをパクったり、模倣したりすることで知られているブランドや企業との協力はご遠慮ください。

また、本契約を締結することにより、アンバサダーは、chérrietteから受領したすべての非公開情報（事業戦略、今後の製品リリース、価格設定、マーケティング計画、その他の専有情報または機密情報を含みますが、これらに限定されません）の秘密を保持することに同意するものとします。この義務は、本契約の終了後も存続するものとします。

📄 コンテンツ使用について

当社は、アンバサダー募集時の応募資格に基づき、アンバサダー自らのソーシャルメディア上における商品に関する投稿を、（名前などを明記した上で）当社のWebサイトやソーシャルメディア、カタログやマーケティングなどの販促物てご紹介、転載させて頂く場合がございます。また、アンバサダーの許可を得て、アンバサダーのコンテンツを広告に使用することもあります。

📝 最終確認事項

これはプロモーションのためのコラボレーションであり、雇用契約ではありません。参加することにより、上記のすべての条件に同意したものとみなされます。
アンバサダーによる写真撮影、および投稿に対して別途、報酬は発生致しません。また、アンバサダー制度に関わる一切の経費について、当社は負担致しかねます。

当社は、アンバサダーの承諾なしに、本制度の内容の一部若しくは全部を一時中断、または変更停止する場合があります。これによりアンバサダーに不利益が生じた場合であっても、当社はその責を負わないものとします。

We’re building a community of kawaii fashion enthusiasts who love to share their style and inspire others to build and join our community as chérriette “CHERRY girls”.

🎯 Our Mission

To grow the chérriette CHERRY girls community by working with authentic voices who help spread our fashion through social media. Our motto is “chasing stars, dressed in dreams. a girl who is always cute”, and we want to spread this whimsy to anyone who loves trendy styles and wants to feel their cutest.

✅ Who Can Apply?

We’re looking for ambassadors who:

• Are 18 years or older

• Have active and public accounts on Instagram and/or X, TikTok

• Create stylish, high-quality content 

• Enjoys making creative coordinates 

• Align with our brand values and aesthetic

🎁 What You Get

As a chérriette Ambassador, you’ll receive:

• Products: At least 1 item (or more) per collection, you can choose items and or we may also decide what to send you. The amount varies per collection and is curated based on each ambassador’s style and post schedule.  

• Exclusive discount: Use your personal code to shop optional additional pieces (applicable once per collection). This is just an additional perk, there is no pressure to purchase anything from us during the program.

• Exposure: Get featured on our socials and website

• Early Access: Early and exclusive access to our newest collections and invitation to shop early at our upcoming events

• …And more!

📸 What We Expect

To stay active in the program, you’ll need to:

• Actively follow our SNS accounts (@cherriette_official , @cherriette_girls ) 

• Include in your profile bio that you are an ambassador + tagging @cherriette_official (e.g., @cherriette_official ambassador)

• Have public SNS accounts 

• Post at least 2 posts per month, and at least 2 coordinates per item you receive (so, multiple posts with the same outfit will only be counted in the post quota, not the coordinate quota). The posting schedule is negotiable and may vary for each ambassador, we will do our best to work with your schedule.

• Tag @cherriette_girls as a collaborator, include @cherriette_official in the caption, and use our hashtags: #cherriette #cherriettegirls on your monthly post(s)

• Include the name of the item(s) being shown in the post  

• Share your content within 21 days of receiving product (extensions are allowed on a case by case basis, just keep us in the loop!)

🚫 What’s Not Allowed

We want ambassadors who positively represent our brand. Please avoid:

• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or offensive content

• Promoting counterfeit or competing products

• Using fake followers, bots, or inauthentic engagement

• Misusing your discount code to purchase items for others or reselling

❌ Removal From the Program

We reserve the right to remove you from the program at any time if:

• You resell the gifted items for monetary value 

• You don’t post or communicate as agreed

• You leak confidential information regarding our brand and products, protected IP, etc 

• We determine that the partnership isn’t benefitting the brand

• Your content or behavior no longer aligns with our values

No explanation may be provided, and removal can happen without prior notice.

❌ Opting Out or Pausing the Program 

You are free to opt out or pause the program at any time, as long as you have completed your obligations in progress (for example, if we had just sent you an item that you did not post about yet, please complete the post first before opting out). We ask that you kindly notify us within 15 days of your desired date of ending the program.

Please note that even once you have opted out of the program, we still ask that you do not try to sell our gifted products. If you are caught doing so, we reserve the right to speak publicly about it and blacklist you from all of the labels under our parent company as well as notify our industry peers.

📄 Non-Compete and Non-Disclosure

During the term of this agreement and for a period of 3 months following its termination, we ask that you do not promote, endorse, or collaborate with any competing clothing brands that offer similar or counterfeit products in style, without prior written consent from us. We ask that you refrain from working with brands/corporations that have been known to rip off or replicate designs from other small businesses.

By entering the agreement, you also agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from chérriette, including but not limited to business strategies, upcoming product releases, pricing, marketing plans, and any other proprietary or sensitive information. This obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement.

📄 Content Use

By joining, you agree that we may repost or reuse your ambassador content (with credit) across our website, social media, and marketing materials. With your permission, we may also use your content in advertisements.

📝 Final Note

This is a promotional collaboration—not an employment agreement. By participating, you agree to all the terms above.
