返金ポリシー
商品に欠陥がある場合を除き、「イメージと違った」「サイズが合わない」「注文を間違えた」など、お客様都合による理由での他の商品への交換、返品はお受けしておりません。
また、着用後、洗濯後の交換、返品はお断りしております。
商品の品質には万全の注意を払っておりますが、商品が破損して届いた場合や、注文した商品と違う商品が届いた場合には、送料は弊社負担(着払い)にて返品・返金、もしくは交換させていただきます。
商品受領日から7日以内に、欠陥であることを証明できる画像を添付し、お問い合わせください。
在庫がある場合は返品交換、在庫がない場合は返金で対応させていただきます。

About the handling of defective products
Unless the product is defective, we do not exchange or return products for customer's convenience, such as "different from the image", "the size does not match" or "the order is different".
If the product is defective, please send a photo of the defective part from the inquiry form.
If the product is damaged, dirty, or the content of the order is different, the quality of the product is made thoroughly, but if the product is damaged or dirty, or if it is different from your order, please contact us within 7 days. We will ask that you return the item to us first and upon receipt and inspection, we will send out your exchange item. If the product is defective, we will bear the shipping costs of the exchange.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
(1) Products that have been 7 days or more from delivery
(2) Products that you have used
(3) Products that have been dirty and damaged by customers (ex. makeup stains, odors)
(4) If the box, instructions, etc. of the product are dirty, damaged, lost, or destroyed
(5) Products that were desired for gift packaging
(6) Products processed by customers
(7) After delivery, repair, cleaning, etc.
(8) Other items that cannot be returned as specified in product posting page
Remarks
Please note that returns and refunds cannot be made for the initial failure of the product, or if it is damaged, or if it is lost or returned without being delivered. (Based on the tracking information of the delivery carrier)
